Interviewinc is a Professional Search Consulting firm that is focused on strategically supporting our client’s growth and development by optimizing alignment and providing innovative solutions to source, recruit and retain the people needed to achieve and sustain success in the marketplace.

We help brand our clients as an employer of choice in their industry by delivering compelling recruitment presentations to top professionals.  Interviewinc will assist in hiring and retaining a quality and passionate work force dedicated to help our client companies meet and exceed their goals.

Consultants at Interviewinc have completed successful assignments on three continents and over 46 states domestically. Disciplines include business development, sales, marketing, management, engineering, accounting, finance, administrative, scientific and technical.  Vertical client markets include: engineering, information technology, biotechnology, defense, clean energy – solar, wind, sustainability and renewables, architectural planning, design/build, energy, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.

What we do

Interviewinc decreases the time to hire process and makes the hiring process more efficient by saving time, money and frustration.  Businesses may calculate direct savings and increase in revenue by filling job openings more quickly.  i.e.,  If a company is planning on hiring 500 new associates in one year with an annual productivity for each employee is $100,000, with a current time to fill of 50 days, they will save $3.8mil by filling these positions in an average of 30 days.  Businesses will also choose to hire more associates when they know they will be adding key talent in a quick and efficient manner.

Retained Search:  Interviewinc will work with businesses on a retained basis to fill open positions.  This service is targeted towards executive level positions and typically cost 30% of the first year compensation offered.  1/3 of the cost will be paid upfront, 1/3rd paid after the 5th candidate is submitted and the final 3rd due upon having the position filled.

Low Cost Retained Search:  Interviewinc will work with businesses on a contained  basis to fill open positions.  This service is targeted towards mid-level to VP positions and roughly cost 10% of the first year compensation offered.  1/2 of the cost will be paid upfront, 1/2 paid after the 5th candidate qualified is submitted and accepted by the client company. Multiple hires may be made for no additional cost making this an optimal choice for filling multiple identical positions.

Talent Acquisition Consulting:  Consulting services will be offered to companies regarding all Talent Management services.  These services will be billed according to the project scope and duration.  Packages start at $10,000+.

Recruitment Research: A list of target candidates will be generated for $100 – $150 per hour.  Candidates may be hired for no additional fee.  This service is designed for companies who have an on-staff recruitment function that can finish the recruitment process through the hire.

Competitive Market Intelligence Research:  Business will utilize this service to better understand how their competition  operates.  Competitive advantages may be validated or dispelled according to documented findings.  This service will enable businesses  to articulate their Value Proposition in an accurate and confident fashion.

Why we do it

Interviewinc is on a quest to improve global hiring practices by replacing antiquated 20th Century text based information with 21st Century digital technology to distinctly match candidate’s talents, skills and attributes with today’s corporate needs.

The problem of unemployment is compounded by insufficient exposure of an individual’s talent to businesses that would benefit from their employment.  Cumbersome and timely interview processes create a bottleneck of finding, interviewing and selecting the proper talent.  Hiring Manager’s scheduling and ability to share information among colleagues significantly impacts their ability to make an optimal selection often creating a mismatch of skill-sets to the individual and job function.

Interviewinc’s services bridges this gap of the candidate’s insufficient exposure and the optimal matching of skill sets to open jobs. Utilizing Interviewinc’s services will sustain lower unemployment rates and accelerate employment during any economic condition.
